Our goal is to SHIFT CULTURE. Our target audience is ambitious and aspirational but lacks the cultural context to achieve their goals. THE LITTY BOARD's vision is to ignite entrepreneurship and creative achievement among millennial and Gen-Z African Americans by leveraging urban (hip-hop) culture. Read more on our vision here.

As we grow, we intend to impact our community for good. Your donation will assist us in 1) creating US manufacturing jobs, 2) giving away micro grants to entrepreneurs (for LLCs, trademarks & patents) and seeding LITTY BOARDs into low-income schools and families.
